University of Glasgow - STRADA

STRADA provides learning and development opportunities to over 300 people per month. Our website is the primary means by which we communicate with our customers. Southside Technology worked closely with us to design and build a highly bespoke IT system which fully incorporates all our needs. They helped us to create an online booking system that is flexible, reliable and, most importantly, easy to use. Feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.

One of our specific requests was to have a responsive and interactive reporting function to enable office staff to readily collate and analyse activity data in real time. This has significantly improved the ease with which we can generate reports for a variety of purposes.
